EXTENSION OF PREMISES/PATIO PERMIT FOR OREGANO'S PIZZA BISTRO RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Mark Russell, owner/agent for OPB Restaurants, Inc., doing business as Oregano’s Pizza Bistro, for a permanent Extension of Premises/Patio Permit for liquor license #1207A114. Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is located at 15280 W. McDowell Road, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located east of the northeast corner of McDowell Rd and PebbleCreek Pkwy).
