APPROVE A RE-PLAT OF A RE-PLAT OF THE PALM VALLEY PHASE VI PERIMETER WEST FINAL PLAT RECOMMENDATION: Approve a re-plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, and Tract B of the re-plat of Palm Valley Phase VI Perimeter West Final Plat approved on October 3, 2011, consolidating approximately 12 acres into two (2) lots, generally located at the northeast corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road, subject to stipulations.
