APPROVE A 90-DAY EXTENSION OF THE ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH PARCEL 9.8 FINAL PLAT APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION: Approve a 90-day extension of the Estrella Mountain Ranch Parcel 9.8 Final Plat approval, extending the approval date to February 21, 2017. PURPOSE: Approval of the extension request will maintain the plat approval status while the City Council considers entering into a three-party crossing agreement with Newland Communities and Southwest Gas, as stipulated in the original final plat approval.
