FINAL PLAT FOR ESTRELLA PARCEL 3.14 RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Final Plat for Estrella Parcel 3.14, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of the Final Plat for Estrella Parcel 3.14 subdividing 14.43 acres into 44 single family lots and 7 tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density established by the Estrella Phase 1 Planned Area Development (PAD) and with the city’s subdivision regulations and the preliminary plat for this parcel.
