FINANCE ANNUAL REPORT PRESENTATION 2015-2016 RECOMMENDATION: Receive the 2015-2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) completed by Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. for the city of Goodyear. PURPOSE: The annual audit has been completed and is being submitted to the Council for acceptance.
