QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FOR PORTIONS OF VARIOUS EXISTING ROADS WITHIN THE CITY CENTER AIRPARK DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: Accept five Quit Claim Deeds from Sun MP Investment Properties, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Sun MP”), for portions of several existing roads within the City Center Airpark Development. PURPOSE: Sun MP has requested that the city accept and record five Quit Claim Deeds for road rights of way within the City Center Airpark Development. Sun MP has previously dedicated these roads through the use of Right of Way Dedication forms. This form of dedication may have dedicated something less than fee title (typically referred to as an Easement) for the roads. Both the city staff and Sun MP have agreed it would be in the best interest of both parties for the city to hold the fee title to these road rights of way. (Linda R. Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
