CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 TO THE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES CONTRACT FOR WATERWORKS ENGINEERS RECOMMENDATION: Approve the $602,794 Contract Change Order No. 4 to the existing engineering design and construction administration services contract with Waterworks Engineers, Inc. PURPOSE: The execution of Contract Change Order No. 4 will provide construction administration services for the final package 8B of the expansion improvements. The work is part of the approved FY 17 Capital Improvement Plan expansion of the GY WRF capacity from 4 to 6 MGD. Change Order No.4 will also incorporate engineering services for the design and construction administration of improvements to the solids handling equipment in the plant. These improvements are funded through the Council approved Five year rate plan. Incorporating the solids handling improvements to expansion project creates an efficient way of delivering concurrent projects within a facility.
