QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR A PORTION OF ELWOOD STREET RECOMMENDATION: Accept a Quit Claim Deed from Sun-DS Farms, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company for a portion of Elwood Street located west of Estrella Parkway. PURPOSE: The City has requested and Sun-DS Farms, LLC has provided a Quit Claim Deed for a portion of Elwood Street located just west of Estrella Parkway. The Quit Claim Deed is required to complete the transfer of the fee ownership of the 55 foot wide right of way for the north half of the roadway. (Linda R. Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
