ADOPT THE 2016 INTEGRATED WATER MASTER PLAN RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Integrated Water Master Plan as the framework for current and future city water resources and utility infrastructure needs. PURPOSE: The Integrated Water Master Plan focuses on providing background information and recommendations related to water needs in the city of Goodyear. The plan incorporates feedback from Council provided in a Work Session held on November 7, 2016. The Integrated Water Master Plan identifies strategies for 5-year, 10-year, and build-out planning horizons. The Integrated Water Master Plan also identifies improvements needed in existing utility infrastructure. (Javier Setovich, Public Works Director)
