90-DAY EXTENSION OF THE WEST CALISTOGA DRIVE MAP OF DEDICATION APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION: Approve a 90-day extension of the West Calistoga Drive Map of Dedication (MOD) approval, extending the approval date to November 22, 2016.
