REAPPOINT REPRESENTATIVE TO POLICE PUBLIC SAFETY RETIREMENT BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Reappoint Justin Hughes as the Police Public Safety Personnel representative to the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board, for a four year term, ending July 31, 2020. 2. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: The Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board for Police is to administer the retirement plan for Police employees. The Board reviews retirement and new hire applications and will meet at least twice a year. By law, there must be two sworn police officers and two Goodyear Citizens on the Board.
