INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ADOT) FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNS. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (JPA 15-0005688-I) with the Arizona Department of Transportation for the purchase of traffic signs with Federal funds, and authorize a budget transfer to expend the Federal funding. PURPOSE: This project will inventory traffic signage in Goodyear and allow for the identification of any signage that needs to be replaced. A Fiscal Year (FY)16 project has been approved by the Maricopa Association of Governments for the replacement of signage. (Ron Sievwright, Streets and Traffic Superintendent)
