REPLAT OF CANTAMIA TRACT 19G RECOMMENDATION: Approve a replat of Tract 19G of Parcel 19, Pod 4, of the “Master Plat of CantaMia Phases 2 and 3” to create Lot 170. PURPOSE: To remove Tract 19G, which is no longer needed for a sewer line easement, and facilitate the development of one additional residential lot in the CantaMia Phase 2, Parcel 19, Pod 4 development.
