GOODYEAR CITY HALL PUBLIC ART RECOMMENDATION: Approve the expenditure of $20,000 for public art at Goodyear City Hall. PURPOSE: The Goodyear Arts and Culture Commission recommends the inclusion of public art at Goodyear City Hall and requests that Council approve the expenditure of $20,000 to include artwork in the City Hall entrance enhancement project.
