APPOINTMENTS TO THE WATER CONSERVATION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Jennifer Barber, Marlon Booth, Mario Columbia, Arthur Faiello, Jack Gilmore, Susan Kagan, Laura Kaino, Peter Minarik, Jackson Moll, Randy Smith, and Pete Teiche as members of the Water Conservation Committee for a term expiring June 30, 2018. 2. Appoint Kristy Lagunas and Thomas Neith as alternate members of the Water Conservation Committee for a term expiring June 30, 2018. 3. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: The Water Conservation Committee was created in February 2016 as an ad-hoc committee to make recommendations on water conservation initiative priorities for the City not later than June 2018.
