EXTENDING THE FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SANCTUARY AT SARIVAL VILLAGE RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve an extension of the Sanctuary at Sarival Village Final Plat approval to June 27, 2016, subject to the stipulations approved by City Council on June 23, 2014, and modified on March 23, 2015, and subject to additional stipulations, and subject to the modification of Stipulation 12. 2. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 16-1749 APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SANCTUARY AT SARIVAL VILLAGE; PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION AND DIRECTION TO TAKE ACTIONS AND EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT INTENT OF THE RESOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: To modify stipulation 12 of the Sanctuary at Sarival Village Final Plat, to extend the expiration date of the final plat, and to execute a Development Agreement to allow for building permit holds to act as the financial assurance for on-site infrastructure improvements.
