CANTAMIA WELL IMPACT WAIVER AGREEMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Well Impact Waiver Agreement between the city of Goodyear, AV Homes, and CantaMia for the use of a non-potable well in CantaMia. PURPOSE: The agreement determines that the recovery of long term storage credits of CantaMia’s recovery well for the purpose of filling lakes will not interfere with the city’s water priorities.
