MAP OF DEDICATION FOR WEST SELLS DRIVE, WEST OF SARIVAL AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Map of Dedication (MOD) for a portion of West Sells Drive between North Sarival Avenue on the east and State Road 303 on the west, within the PV 303 East Phase A final plat. PURPOSE: By this MOD, Sunbelt Holdings is dedicating the right-of-way and public utility and landscape easements necessary to construct the 68-foot cross-section of West Sells Drive.
