PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of the Final Plat for The Cove at Palm Valley North (formerly called Enclave at Palm Valley North) subdividing 8.61 acres into 48 single family lots and four tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density established by the Palm Valley Phase IX Planned Area Development (PAD) and with the city’s subdivision regulations and the preliminary plat for this parcel.
