APPLICATION FOR A NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SEÑOR TACO RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request for a Series 12 Liquor License #1207A540, from Eligio Mendoza, owner/agent for F.H.I. Santuario, LLC, doing business as Señor Taco, located at 525 N Estrella Parkway #101, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 (generally located north of the northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street). PURPOSE: Mr. Mendoza has applied for a new Series 12 (Restaurant) liquor license with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
