EXTENSION OF THE EL CIDRO PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION: Approve an extension for the El Cidro Preliminary Plat approval, extending the approval date for one year, to August 25, 2016. PURPOSE: Since the approval of the El Cidro Preliminary Plat on August 25, 2014, Coe & Van Loo Consultants, Inc. (CVL) and BET Investments, Inc. (BET) have been working with staff to finalize final plats and engineering plans for the development. The applicant hereby requests an extension for the previously approved preliminary subdivision plat in order to validate their final plats that are currently in review by the city.
