APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: 1. Re-appoint Randy Barnes, Patrick Bray, Kathleen Molony, and Cathleen Short, to the Planning and Zoning Commission, each for a three-year term expiring January 31, 2019, or until their successors are appointed and qualified. 2. Appoint Michelle Walters to the Planning and Zoning Commission, to fulfill Vickie Hamilton’s term expiring February 9, 2018, or until her successor is appointed and qualified. 3. The City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty to the five Planning and Zoning Commission members. PURPOSE: The four Planning and Zoning Commission member’s terms expired on January 31, 2016 and the one member, Vickie Hamilton, resigned November 30, 2015. Applications were solicited and the Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions and Committees met to review applications, interview applicants and make a recommendation for appointment of Commission members.
