Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit to allow a mini-storage and RV storage facility at the northwest corner of Estrella Parkway and MC-85, within the Estrella 85 Commerce Park Planned Area Development (PAD) overlay district. a. Open public hearing b. Staff presentation c. Receive public comment d. Close public hearing 2. Approve the Special Use Permit, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The Special Use Permit is being requested to allow a mini-storage and RV storage facility on 8.8 acres at the northwest corner of Estrella Parkway and MC-85, within the Estrella 85 Commerce Park Planned Area Development (PAD) overlay district.
