ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENTS AND DEEDS ASSOCIATED WITH SEDELLA PHASE 3 RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of two Special Warranty Deeds, a Public Utility and Access Easement and a Waterline and Emergency Access Easement associated with the Sedella Phase 3 Development. PURPOSE: This dedication of the two Special Warranty Deeds and the Public Utility and Access Easement are for the two bus bays along the east side of Perryville Road between Camelback and Indian School Roads. The Water Line and Emergency Access Easement is to provide emergency access and the required area for the placement, operation, maintenance and repair of a water line to serve Sedella Phase 3B.1.
