ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 16-1326 APPROVING A REZONING OF 103 ACRES FROM THE AGRICULTURAL-URBAN (AU) ZONING DISTRICT TO THE FINAL PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT (PAD) ZONING DISTRICT FOR A PROJECT TO BE KNOWN AS HUDSON COMMONS GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ESTRELLA PARKWAY AND VAN BUREN STREET; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
