PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG EDDIE ALBERT WAY RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of a public utility easement along the north side of Eddie Albert Way, adjacent to the property owned by LCB Assets, LLC. PURPOSE: LCB Assets, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, has submitted an application to dedicate a 10-foot wide public utility easement along the BioFlora Development.
