FINAL PLAT FOR SEDELLA PARCEL 3B.1 RECOMMENDATION: Rescind the July 9, 2007 approval of the Sedella Parcel 3B final plat in its entirety and approve the final plat for Sedella Parcel 3B.1 subdividing 23.7 acres into 65 single family lots and three tracts generally located at the southeast corner of Perryville Road and Camelback Road within the Sedella Planned Area Development, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat consisting of 23.7 acres that will be subdivided into 65 single family residential lots and three tracts. The minimum lot size within this parcel is 65 feet wide by 130 feet deep. The final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for Sedella. The lot size and density proposed with the final plat are consistent with the development plan established for this parcel by the Sedella Final Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning.
