COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PACKAGE AMENDMENT FOR ESTRELLA FALLS RECOMMENDATION: Approve an amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Package for Estrella Falls within the Goodyear Planned Regional Center Planned Area Development (PAD) generally located along McDowell Road, between Bullard Avenue and Pebble Creek Parkway subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The subject request is an amendment to the existing Comprehensive Sign Package for Estrella Falls. The amendment establishes sign types and design standards that furthers the unified theme of the overall development. As proposed, the signage reflects the regional significance, location, size and scope of Estrella Falls.
