CANTAMIA RECLAIM WATER OPERATING AGREEMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approve an operating agreement between the City of Goodyear and CantaMia for the delivery of Reclaim Water from the Rainbow Valley Water Reclamation Facility. PURPOSE: The agreement describes the components of the CantaMia Reclaimed Water System, which consists of the CantaMia Influent Metering Station, the RVWRF CantaMia Reclaimed Water Improvements and the CantaMia Reclaimed Water System Delivery Lines and identifies ownership and responsibility for the maintenance, operation, and improvements of the reclaim water infrastructure.
