JOB CREATION AGREEMENT FOR SUB-ZERO, INC. RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-1737 APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A JOB CREATION AGREEMENT FOR SUB-ZERO, INC.; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO TAKE ACTIONS CONSISTENT WITH TERMS OF RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: Sub-Zero has identified the need for an expansion of its operations to support its business, and has identified the City of Goodyear as the location of this expansion to their existing Goodyear facility after an extensive evaluation of location options. The city recognizes that the expansion of Sub-Zero within the city, with its resulting capital investment and job creation, will provide a significant public benefit to the city and its citizens.
