REPLAT OF A REPLAT OF PALM VALLEY PHASE VI PERIMETER WEST FINAL PLAT AND CONDITIONALLY ABANDONING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY, PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve a re-plat of Lot 4 of the re-plat of Palm Valley Phase VI Perimeter West Final Plat approved on October 3, 2011, and Lot 6 of the Minor Land Division Map of a re-plat of Palm Valley Phase VI Perimeter West Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 approved on October 22, 2013, and a portion of North 169th Avenue right-of-way as abandoned by accompanying resolution, consolidating 37.73 acres into one (1) lot, generally located on the south side of Montecito Avenue, between Cotton Lane on the west and the Loop 303 on the east, subject to stipulations. 2. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-1733 CONDITIONALLY ABANDONING A PORTION OF NORTH 169TH AVENUE AND THE RELATED PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE CITY IN THE PALM VALLEY PHASE VI PERIMETER WEST FINAL PLAT APPROVED BY THE GOODYEAR CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 4, 2006. 3. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-1734 CONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZING THE RELINQUISHMENT OF ANY INTEREST IN THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND THE TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT DEPICTED IN THE PALM VALLEY PHASE VI PERIMETER WEST FINAL PLAT APPROVED BY THE GOODYEAR CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 4, 2006. PURPOSE: This re-plat is proposed to consolidate Lot 4, as approved on the October 3, 2011 Perimeter West re-plat; Lot 6, as approved on the October 22, 2013 Perimeter West Minor Land Division; and the North 169th Avenue cul-de-sac right-of-way, proposed for abandonment in conjunction with this re-plat. The purpose of the resolutions is to abandon and/or relinquish certain right-of-way, a related public utility easement, a drainage easement, and a temporary drainage easement, as approved on the December 4, 2006 final plat, that are no longer necessary upon approval of this re-plat.
