FINAL PLAT FOR PEBBLECREEK PHASE II UNIT 55B RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 55B subdividing 12.24 acres into 48 single family lots and 5 tracts generally located at the northeast corner of State Freeway 303 and McDowell Road within the PebbleCreek Phase II Planned Area Development (PAD), subject to the stipulations set forth in the General Notes of the final plat and additional stipulations. PURPOSE: The final plat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 55B consists of 12.24 acres to be subdivided into 48 single family lots and 5 tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved as part of the PebbleCreek Phase II PAD and development agreement.
