FINAL PLAT FOR PEBBLECREEK PHASE II UNIT 55A RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 55A subdividing 14.58 acres into 86 single family lots and 5 tracts generally located at the northeast corner of State Freeway 303 and McDowell Road within the PebbleCreek Phase II Planned Area Development (PAD), subject to the stipulations set forth in the General Notes of the final plat and additional stipulations. PURPOSE: The final plat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 55A consists of 14.58 acres to be subdivided into 86 single family lots and 5 tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved as part of the PebbleCreek Phase II PAD and development agreement.
