REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: 1. Reappoint Laura Kaino, Rex Lambert, and Rose Marie Putnam to the Arts & Culture Commission with the term expiring December 31, 2018. 2. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: Laura Kaino, Rex Lambert and Rose Marie Putnam were appointed to the Arts and Culture Commission June 22, 2015 to fill three members’ terms who resigned last spring. The three terms expire December 31, 2015. The City Council Subcommittee is recommending to reappoint them for a three year term expiring December 31, 2018. (Maureen Scott, City Clerk)
