DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS ADJACENT TO 143RD AVENUE AND 145TH AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-1728 AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS ADJACENT TO PORTIONS OF 143RD AVENUE AND 145TH AVENUE TO BE ADMINISTERED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY; REQUIRING RECORDATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: The declaration of an approximately .073 Acre area adjacent to 143rd Avenue and .133 Acre area adjacent to 145th Avenue located on a property the City owns (the Police Department Operations Facility Site) located southeast of Van Buren Street and 145th Avenue (the “PD Site”) for use as public utility easements.
