ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR A PORTION OF BULLARD AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the acceptance of a Quit Claim deed for a portion of Bullard Avenue just north of Cambridge Avenue. PURPOSE: The acceptance of the Quit Claim deed will allow the City to obtain the property rights to a portion of Bullard Avenue which was inadvertently not included with the prior dedication of Bullard Avenue.
