APPROVE MATCH FUNDING FOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS THAT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE MARICOPA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE RECOMMENDATION: Approve an amount not to exceed $50,000 for City match for federally funded projects programmed through the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG). PURPOSE: MAG has issued a ‘Call for Projects’ that are eligible for federal funding assistance. Applying for these funds allows the City to complete projects that benefit the City, and leverage local funding with federal funding. (Rebecca Zook, Engineering Director)
