COST SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR REPAIR OF A LOW FLOW CROSSING ON BULLARD AVENUE SOUTH OF RIGGS ROAD RECOMMENDATION: Approve a cost sharing agreement with Arizona Public Service Company (APS) for construction of a low flow crossing on Bullard Avenue immediately south of Riggs Road for an amount not to exceed $60,000. PURPOSE: This cost sharing agreement between APS and the City of Goodyear establishes responsibilities for funding, construction, and maintenance of a low flow crossing on Bullard Avenue immediately south of Riggs Road.
