DEDICATION OF AN EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENT ALONG 143RD AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of an Exclusive Water Line Easement adjacent to the easterly side of 143rd Avenue south of Van Buren Street from Word Enterprises, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. PURPOSE: This dedication is for an Exclusive Water Line Easement on the easterly side of 143rd Avenue along the westerly side of the Michael Lewis Distribution property. This easement is required to accommodate the placement, operation and maintenance of a water meter vault that is being placed outside of the existing public utility easement.
