DIGESTER REHABILITATION PROJECT - 157TH AVE. WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY RECOMMENDATION: Approve the $580,294.38 contract for the Construction Contract with Felix Construction, Inc. for Digester Rehabilitation to the City of Goodyear 157th Ave. Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), and authorize the Purchase Order to be issued. PURPOSE: Approval of this contract will allow the City to proceed with construction of the Digester Rehabilitation Project at the City of Goodyear 157th Ave. WRF. The Digester Rehabilitation construction project will replace the existing lining for the north digester basin and replace existing equipment. This will provide redundancy for the solids handling facility as well as allow cleaning and inspection of the south digester basin. The project will immediately put in place corrective action in accordance with Maricopa County Environmental Services department requirements. (Brad Richards, PE, Project Manager)
