ACCEPTANCE OF THREE DEDICATIONS OF EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENTS ALONG GOODYEAR BOULEVARD RECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the dedication of three Exclusive Water Line Easements adjacent to the northeasterly side of Goodyear Boulevard from Fairfield Centerra, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Fairfield Goodyear, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. PURPOSE: This dedication is for three (3) Exclusive Water Line Easements on the northeasterly side of Goodyear Boulevard along the southwesterly sides of the Serafina and Lunaire Apartment Complexes. These easements are required to accommodate existing water line facilities that are outside of the existing public utility easement.
