INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MOBILE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PROVISION OF POTABLE WATER TO FIRE STATION 187 RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Mobile Elementary School District to establish responsibility for the provision of potable water to Fire Station 187. PURPOSE: This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) establishes responsibilities for the provision of water to Goodyear’s Fire Station 187 from the District’s water well. This IGA shall determine the terms and conditions associated with the District’s provision of water to Fire Station 187, and for the payment by the City to the District for past water provision beginning in January 2008.
