FINAL PLAT FOR LA VENTILLA PHASE 2 RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Final Plat for La Ventilla Phase 2 subdividing 17.73 acres into 107 single family court home lots and 11 tracts generally located west of Sarival Avenue and north of West Belleview Street and 166th Avenue within the Canyon Trails Planned Area Development (PAD), subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of the Final Plat for La Ventilla Phase 2 subdividing 17.73 acres into 107 single family court home lots and 11 tracts. The final plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density established by the Canyon Trails Phase I PAD and with the City’s subdivision regulations and the Preliminary Plat for La Ventilla Phase 2.
