APPOINTMENTS TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Karla Fabritz, Dennis Paschen, and Gerald (Jerry) Schroeder to the Public Improvement Corporation (PIC) Board for three year terms expiring on June 30, 2018 or until their successors are appointed and qualified. 2. Appoint Karla Fabritz, Dennis Paschen, and Gerald (Jerry) Schroeder to the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) Board for six year terms expiring on June 30, 2021 or until their successors are appointed and qualified. 3. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: Selectees submitted an application for appointment and were interviewed by the Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions, and Committees on May 21, 2015.
