APPLICATION FOR A NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ANGRY CRAB SHACK RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Ronald Wayne Lou, owner/agent for Angry Crab Shack Restaurant, for a new Series 12 liquor license #1207A226, located at 310 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 (generally located on the northwest corner of North Litchfield Road and Van Buren Street). PURPOSE: Mr. Lou has applied for a new Series 12 (Restaurant) liquor license #1207A226. The Angry Crab Shack Restaurant plans to open for business in late July or early August, 2015.
