ACCEPTANCE OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT ALONG SHERMAN STREET RECOMMENDATION: Approve the acceptance of a Public Utility Easement and Subordination Agreement adjacent to a portion of Sherman Street, from BASIS Schools, Inc, an Arizona nonprofit corporation. PURPOSE: The grant and conveyance of a 10-foot Public Utility Easement and Subordination Agreement “PUE” adjacent to the north side of Sherman Street along the property recently purchased by BASIS Schools, Inc, an Arizona nonprofit corporation. Acceptance of the PUE will provide the area required for the placement of utilities associated with the City Center 100 Acre Parcel. BASIS is dedicating the properties to the City at no cost.
