FY16 ANNUAL PUBLIC ART PLAN RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Fiscal Year (FY) 16 Annual Public Art Plan as recommended by the Arts & Culture Commission. PURPOSE: The Arts & Culture Commission is seeking Council approval for the proposed Annual Public Art Plan, per Article 3-9 “Public and Performing Arts Program” of the Goodyear Code of Ordinances. The adopted FY 2015-24 Capital Improvement Program identifies Public Art expenditures of $60,000 for FY16.
