Indian School Rd., #380, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located on the northeast corner of Indian School Rd. and W. Wigwam Blvd). PURPOSE: Mr. Poormon has applied for a new Series 12 (Restaurant) liquor license #1207A127. Ada’s Fish Fry opened for business in July 2014. The applicant has paid the $635.00 fee.
