ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT TO GRANADA ROAD RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of a 10-foot public utility easement by Great Hearts Academies on the north side of Granada Road east of Bullard Avenue. PURPOSE: The acceptance of the dedication of a 10-foot public utility easement from the property owned by Great Hearts Academies. The easement is required by the City as part of the site/construction plan approval process. The Owner is dedicating the public utility easement to the City at no cost. (Linda R.
