UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR THE MODULAR OFFICE BUILDINGS AT THE GOODYEAR OPERATIONS CENTER RECOMMENDATION: Approve the issuance of a Utility Easement to Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation “APS”, for the City Modular Office Buildings located at the Goodyear Operations Center. PURPOSE: The Modular Office Buildings located at the Goodyear Operations Center have been relocated and require the reconnection of electrical service. In order to connect the power to the buildings at the new location on the property APS requires an easement to place, operate and maintain the electrical equipment.
